CSAE Declaration – Policy for the Protection of Children

Opportunity Players is committed to protecting children from all forms of sexual abuse and exploitation. We strongly support global efforts to prevent and respond to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including both online and offline threats. This policy outlines the steps and safeguards we have in place to ensure the protection of minors on our platform.

1. No Tolerance for CSAE

Opportunity Players has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any use of our platform to share, promote, or facilitate CSAE in any form will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant law enforcement and child protection authorities.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

Our platform is strictly intended for users aged 16 and above. We take proactive measures to prevent access by individuals under this age. Users found to be underage will have their accounts removed immediately.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

We provide clear reporting tools that allow users to flag any suspicious behavior or content. All reports related to CSAE are prioritized and investigated thoroughly.

4. User Verification and Profile Monitoring

Opportunity Players may use age verification measures, especially for features that allow interaction between users. We monitor profiles and interactions for indicators of grooming, inappropriate behavior, or other risks to minors. In addition, Opportunity Players uses an ID verification system called Onfido to validate official documents.

5. Collaboration with Authorities

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and recognized child protection organizations. When necessary, we report suspected CSAE activity and preserve relevant data in accordance with legal requirements.

6. Removal and Reporting of Illegal Content

We promptly remove any illegal CSAE content and report it to the appropriate authorities.

7. Ongoing Improvement

We are committed to regularly reviewing and improving our child protection practices in line with industry standards and legal developments. We also welcome collaboration with experts and organizations dedicated to child safety.
